How long is the first visit?
Your initial consultation lasts approximately 60 minutes so we can fully understand your health history and goals.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
To maximize the value of your initial consultation, we recommend bringing:
A list of current medications and supplements
Previous lab results
Imaging reports or diagnostic records (if applicable)
Your completed intake forms
Preparation allows us to spend more time focused on solutions and strategy.
Your recent lab results can easily be uploaded to the patient portal ahead of your first appointment so your doctor will review them ahead of time.
Do you offer telemedicine appointments?
Sorry, not at this time. However, once you are seen in-person after your first visit we do offer phone consultations for subsequent visits.
