We'll walk through your health history in detail, talk through the symptoms and goals that brought you in, and identify which labs will help us understand what's actually happening in your body. By the end of the visit, you'll leave with a clear next step, not just a list of guesses.

Do you accept insurance?

Accepted Answer

We are a cash-pay office, which includes FSA and HSA cards as accepted forms of payment. We do not contract directly with insurance companies, which allows us to spend more time with each patient and design truly personalized care plans. If you'd like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, we're happy to provide a detailed superbill on request that you can submit directly to your provider.

What is a naturopathic doctor (ND)?

A naturopathic doctor (ND) completes rigorous training in both conventional medical sciences and natural, root-cause treatment approaches. It's a fast, convenient option for patients who want targeted support without a full consultation. Many of our regulars stop in weekly as part of their ongoing wellness routine.

We proudly serve North County San Diego. Our Cardiff clinic offers our full range of naturopathic and functional medicine services, and The Shot Bar™ in Carlsbad offers our B12, vitamin, and NAD+ injections. Patients visit us from Encinitas, Oceanside, Solana Beach, Del Mar and beyond.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

No. Body Blu does not offer telehealth appointments. All consultations, follow-up visits, injections, and lab work take place in person at our Cardiff clinic, and The Shot Bar™ is also available in Carlsbad.
